My Experience on Making Friedrice

Last week, I followed the camp activities organized by the school. I still remember, the builder's brother held on the second day of competition cooking. Each team had to create a delicious dish with an attractive appearance. My group chose to make fried rice. Besides being easier, as well as cooking skills are limited to members of our group. Finally, we immediately collecting and cleaning materials to make it.

Ingredients:

• 2 plate of rice
• 1 Clove of garlic
• 1 Tablespoon of tomato sauce
• 1 egg, beaten
• 100 grams of chicken meat
• 1 tablespoon cooking oil
• Salt

And here are the steps to make friedrice :

1. First Heat oil and saute garlic until the smell of the garlic comes out.
2. After that Add chicken, stir briefly until slightly cooked.
3. Next Add the eggs, stir until cooked egg cracked.
4. And  Then Enter the white rice, tomato sauce, and salt, stirring until blended with herbs.
5. Finally, Served with decorated accordingly.

Although my team lost, but I'm happy. It was an experience I will never forget.
